Submitting Electronic Files:
We accept files from the following
software programs:
- In Design - Up to CS
- Quark Express - Up to 5.0
- Illustrator - Up to 10.0
- Photoshop - Up to 6.0
- Pagemaker - Up to 6.5
- Freehand - Up to 8.1

- MS Word
- Microsoft Publisher
- PDFs - Download our specs for Acrobat.
Put them in the Distiller Settings folder on your hard drive.

Please follow these guidelines:
- Provide files in their original programs.
- Convert all images to CMYK (a charge may be incurred otherwise)
- Image files should be TIFF or EPS. Quality cannot be guaranteed otherwise
- All spots colors should be identified as Pantone colors
- Include all links & images
- Include all fonts (Font substitution may occur otherwise)
- Include a hard copy, color if required.
